One of the greatest gifts in the world is to watch young people grow up.
I met these two when they were teens, and now they are amazing young adults. Juniors in college, he is a business major, she is studying nursing. They are also accomplished athletes. She competes in gymnastics and weight lifting, and he plays college baseball as a catcher. I am not sure which is stronger — they both say he is (they did the math) — but I’d put my money on her.
We joked about some silly high school antics, and I got to learn about them as they are today. It was a privilege. I think my favorite thing about these two is the natural ease between them.
